Description of pvc pipe production line:
1.PVC pipes produced by pvc two pipe machine main used to construction conduit pipe, electical pipe etc.Main machine adopt conical twin screw extruder, doule pipe mould, adopt double pipe vacuum technique, spray cooling, equipped with independently control structure traction device and sychronization cutter.
2.PVC pipe production line adopt conical twin screw extruder and high speed sizing sleeve, it can accoding to pipe specification to adjust the speed of vacuum sizing, it has good cooling effect and good roundness of pipe.
3.The material of vanccum tank is stainless steel, not easy to deformation. The vacuum pump adopt domestic famould brand, so it has high vacuum, and low noise.
4.All electrical parts are famous brand, the motor brand is Siemens, frequency inverter brand is ABB,the contactor brand is schneider, temperature controller brand is Omron.
